Job Description

Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Responsible for cultivating business with newly recruited partners.Develop business plans to penetrate our products/services in a partner's organization

  • Tasks may include getting products on approved pricing, training/enablement to partner sales resources, identifying internal champions within the partner's management.

  • Defines and builds Sales Initiatives to address target new markets.

  • Assist in the development of sales initiatives to drive new business and create new sales opportunities.

  • Evaluates Business Potential of new Markets and/or Solutions.

  • Supports go-to-market activities.

Job Requirements

Experience, Skills and Knowledge

  • Highly developed strategic, analytical and negotiation skills and demonstrated technical aptitude.

  • Strong leadership abilities including innate capacity for strategic thought, maturity and polish to develop trusted relationships with senior leaders internally and externally, powerful intellectual curiosity, and a relentless drive with a high energy level to get things done

  • Extensive strategy development/partnership management or business development experience

  • Excellent communicator who has experience presenting to different audiences.

  • Strong product and business skills and ability to prioritize tasks and strategy against changing or conflicting requirements

  • Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and lead discussions with engineers
