BT Recruitment Professional (6 months project work) in Hungary

The Specifics:

Team: Hungarian Recruitment Team

Contract: Fixed-term, 6 months project work (Sept 2017 - Feb 2018)

Work Schedule: Standard

Work Location: Debrecen or Budapest

Opportunity to work from home: Yes, depending on further agreement

As a Recruitment Specialist, you’ll be in charge of:

  • Taking ownership for end-to-end process for requisitions in IT field located in Debrecen

  • Work with hiring manager to clarify vacancy requirement

  • Post vacancies on internal and external channels or via third parties if appropriate

  • Initial CV review, pre-screening, shortlisting

  • Contacting and interviewing prospective candidates

  • Monitoring the on-boarding and pre-employment check steps and induction

  • Developing strong and trusted relationships with hiring managers and the business for future work

  • Working with various channels and suppliers to ensure best service levels and efficient delivery based on the needs of the business. At the same time ensuring costs are managed and relationships maintained

  • Identifying and delivering process improvements and share knowledge and best practice across the recruitment team

  • Working in partnership with managers and HRBP’s to provide challenge, advice, direction and support on recruitment strategy, delivery and related policies and procedures

Professional skills:

  • At least 1 year of work experience at a multinational company, preferably in the HR or any other customer focusing area

  • Experience in Recruitment at a sourcing agency or a corporate is an advantage

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Familiarity with any Application Tracking System (e.g. Taleo) is an advantage

Language skills:

  • Fluent English

  • Any other European language skill is an advantage
