We are urgently looking for a colleague for 12 months for our Mezőtúr site in this new role of

  • Vendor Scheduler *

  • ROLE PURPOSE *

To manage non seed supply for Mezőtúr site and tollers. Also so manage, execute and ensure accuracy of the multiplication order management control process and provide visibility to enable business optimized decision making.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage non seed inventory forecast for Mezőtúr site and tollers with close collaboration with Site Planning Manager and Toll Manufacturing Scheduling lead

• Translate needs into orders in ERP system and do the necessary administration

• Follow up non seed supply collaborating with EAME Vendor Scheduling team and being in contact with suppliers to ensure smooth operational process at site/tollers

• Create and maintain the multiplication orders, ensuring visibility in our ERP systems for Mezőtúr and tollers

• Ensuring yield estimates are available and visible enabling planning decisions

• Manage the delivery of basic seeds to our growers in close collaboration with the relevant functions and maintain ERP for basic seed supply

• Maintain the invoice management connected to toller service activities (SAP administration, payment follow up)

• Geographically would be responsible for Hungarian, Romanian and Serbian vendors

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS REQUIRED

• Minimum 2-3 years spent in a similar position

• Bachelor degree (agricultural or economical) preferred

• SAP experience is an advantage

• Strong EXCEL knowledge

• Ability to coordinate different matters at the same time in a responsible manner

• Outstanding communication skills

• Logical way of thinking

REQUIRED LANGUAGE LEVEL

• English knowledge at medium level (written and verbal) is a must

• Native Hungarian is necessary
