Role Summary:

Essential Responsibilities:

Execute payment initiation in payment systems
Participating in migration activities
Data provision for reporting (periodical and ad hoc)
Manage manual payment requests in a timely manner
Support process simplification and activities
Issue resolution - payment rejection resolution
Participating in new system testing and implementations in accord with Treasury HQ and HUB requirements
Actively supporting the integration of different GE business processes to the Shared Service Center
Partnering with relevant stakeholders across functions
Contact, communicate with the banks
Supporting different audits
Operates process controls and highlights potential defects
Performed daily activities always in accordance with legal requirements, internal regulation compliance Qualifications/Requirements:
Essential : Advanced written and verbal fluency in English
Ability to anticipate and resolve challenges
Flexible approach with a strong team spirit
Excellent communication skills and proven capability to work in an international environment under different regulations
Comfortable delivering against quantitative and qualitative performance metrics
Compliance & controllership mindset
Numerate with a good eye for detail
Working knowledge in IT tools including Excel and Outlook Desired Characteristics:
Additional languages (other than Hungarian)
Knowledge of ERP platforms (SAP/Oracle)
Economic, finance degree Locations: Hungary; Budapest
