Role Summary:

Are you passionate about making sense of numbers? We are looking for talented individuals who are keen on finance and are eager to learn and grow. Our interns will work closely with our senior finance teams and will be exposed to various core financial processes of GE businesses on a global scale.

Our most successful interns could have opportunities to become part of GE's talented teams, apply for internal leadership programs.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Support the financial closing procedure, gather and review financial data, provide estimation reports to senior management

  • Support planning cycles, contribute to developing estimates, operating plans/forecasts/reviews

  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations and other graphic presentations to communicate progress, share best practices, or to provide updates

  • Analyze data, consolidate financial reports for management

  • Working with Finance Managers and operational leaders to drive opportunities for improvement

  • Perform assignments and projects where trust and accuracy are required

  • Relationship building with our diverse team members as well as our business stakeholders


  • Current enrollment in College/University (preferably in finance, business management, economics, and/or accountancy)

  • Availability to work minimum 30 hours per week

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

  • Effective time management and organizational skills; able to balance multiple priorities

  • Excellent language skills in English (both oral and written)

  • Successful applicant should be legally eligible to enter into an employment relationship under the laws of Hungary
