Be a member of the newly build GE’s Sourcing hub Europe in Budapest to identify and select candidates for open and future positions for GE’s most critical roles across all businesses across Europe
Execute candidate identification and engagement to support GE’s hiring in Europe to continue recruiting best talented and diverse colleague
Manage key stakeholders such as hiring manager, recruiters and candidates
Be a partner to ensure that customer satisfaction and candidate satisfaction are priority to us
You manage and maintain relationships with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers and HR managers
Candidate identification, engagement & qualification is key for you
You create ideal candidate profiles and sourcing maps, establish and manage talent communities
Compile relevant market intelligence and knowledge, core industry trends, competitor analysis, salary bench marking and general employment market trends
Identify innovative sourcing channels and search tools to attract best talent and ensure GE is the market leader in this field
You have gained Wing-2-wing recruitment/research experience within an in-house, corporate RPO or recruitment agency environment
You have ability to manage and influence stakeholders (recruiters, business leaders and Human Resource professionals) to drive sourcing and ensure its success
You have strong operational knowledge of sourcing technologies and associated CRM tools combined with knowledge of social media used as recruitment tools, specifically LinkedIn, Twitter, You Tube and Facebook
You can operate at both a detailed and high level – can view issues strategically, tactically and operationally
You are fluent in English plus one of the following languages (French, German, Polish or Italian)
