Customer Service & Credit Controll Team Leader – German speaking

The Taste:

The Customer Service & Credit Controll Team Leader is the Cash Cycle Manager’s first support and backup, his/her main task is to deliver the services requested by the markets and the targets agreed, has various line management, reporting and analytical tasks, is responsible for managing, co-ordinating, training, developing, motivating the team and being a role model for them, and responsible for managing the various high level stakeholders within the geographic region his / her team is responsible for.


· Hiring, training and constantly developing the right people within his/her team, motivating them and being a role model

· Managing the team to reach best customer service results

· Understanding customers’ needs and maximising customer satisfaction level and order entry accuracy

· Contributing to standardisation and improvement initiatives

· Building strong relationship with stakeholders, customers, sales and logistics functions

· Timely handling of all incoming customer queries and requests

· Reporting (daily, weekly and monthly reports)

· Manage issue resolution for respective sales organisation(s)

· Continuously support system and process improvement initiatives

· Support other OTC functions and processing activities (billing, clearing, customer spend processing)

· Finding solutions for all incoming queries – investigate, monitor, follow-up issues and provide information on progress

How to Serve:

· University or College Degree

· Fluent German AND Eglish language skills

· Line management or people coordination experience preferably in FMCG or SSC environment

· Excellent, proven customer service attitude

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

· Strong MS Office knowledgeSystem skills (SAP knowledge)

· Strategic thinking
