The Global ID Administration (GIDA) is a global organization within Citi Shared Services (CSS) with 900+ employees located across the globe. GIDA manages entitlement and provisioning of access for internal Citi employees / contractors and increasingly for external Citi clients who are using Citi applications. GIDA works in partnership with Global Information Security to build appropriate security architecture in new apps and supports large business-driven technology projects related to information security issues.
Global Process Owner – Systems Operations Manager
The System Operation Manager will be responsible for driving operational and technical transformation initiatives to help GIDA achieve its 2020 goals.
This role will be partnering with key technology partners such as GFTS and CATE to ensure core systems utilized by GIDA within the provisioning process (such as Resolve IT, MP Product Designer, Service Now, CISAR, CII, TPAM, CyberArk, etc.) are capable of supporting our business automation and operational needs.
This role will be responsible for looking for new technologies to radically simplify and automate core GIDA provisioning processes leveraging RPA and other transformation tools and support the GIDA’s Automation Program in identification of opportunities and help drive the execution of complex solutions.
This role will be responsible for managing two core functions within GPO Ops:
Marketplace Solutions Functions (MPS): GIDA manages over 14,000 of total 24,000 Citi Marketplace products to receive entitlement requests from all of Citi employees and contractors. This team’s core function is to create, maintain and enhance GIDA’s MPS product catalogue providing support the core GIDA Service Delivery operation while meeting corporate IS standards. This team located in four locations globally and also responsible for supporting the GIDA Smart Automation Program, migrations of new applications into GIDA, enhance existing CMP products for lower cancellation, and rationalize & simplify CMP products for better user experience.
RPA Operations: This team is responsible for managing end to end the implementation of provisioning automation solutions across GIDA. It includes leading quality assurance testing activities that to understand business requirements, defining automation scope and volume for a selected application/system, reviewing test documentation (MDD/BRD), addressing issues and errors during automation testing, implementation coordination. Another key responsibility of the team is to implement GIDAs automation Command Center to closely monitor and manage automation’s solutions in place such as RPA and IDMS and to work with technology teams to find solutions for automation failures. The team works closely with Citi Architecture and Technology Engineering (CATE) team and with GIDA Service Delivery Teams in relation to relationship generation, coordination and implementation of automation.
Bachelor's degree or higher with a concentration in Information Technology, Computer Science or Cyber Security or a related discipline
8 + years of relevant experience, to include experience in operations and technology functions globally
Experience in process reengineering, transformation initiatives, and driving standardization
Significant communication experience with executive and C-Level constituents; presentation, facilitation, oral, written, listening skills and proven track record of conflict resolution
Prior experience of dealing with senior leaders in the company
Deep understanding, knowledge and significant experience in Operations and Technology.
Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills - advanced skills needed
Strong leadership and people management skills focusing on development and growth of the team. Ability to travel, approximately 20-30%
Proven change agent with exceptional interpersonal skills and demonstrated experience in driving transformations, fostering collaboration and resolving conflicts among teams
Ability to communicate enhancement and changes to processes/platforms with partners in IT and work to drive change
Strong people leadership capabilities beyond direct and matrix resource management, ability to work with remote business/function/in country resources who do not directly report to the leader
