Key Responsibilities:

The Account Executive is responsible for building strong customer relationships in the field and ensuring a great customer experience with existing and potential customers.

This will include growing the territory/account base to attain financial objectives:

  • Supports a range of accounts, gains access and manages relationships with distributor managers

  • Maintains and develops Isilon & ECS business within the territory

  • Well integrate and cooperate with local Dell EMC sales force in the countries

  • Interfaces directly with customers to ensure satisfaction with our solutions

  • Full understanding of how the our business model relates to selling our products and services

  • Point of contact but may escalate customer issues/concerns as appropriate

  • Able to negotiate with others to achieve desired results/meet customer needs, and to resolve less complex issues that have been escalated by junior team members.

Essential Requirements

  • Senior and experience sales person, with great knowledge in general storage and back up

  • Know and experience specific verticals and use cases like: Media, healthcare, big data, manufacturing and life science

  • High knowledge in file, Back up and objects technology and market opportunities

  • Highly motivated, team member and driver, social and technology selling capability

  • Great experience with enterprise selling, at all levels
