Role Summary:

Our company in Budapest is looking for an intern to support our Software Engineering organization by helping the daily work of Team Admins.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Prepare summaries, overviews, decision support materials and reporting documents about a defined topic, based on individual research.

  • Organize meetings and events, manage our engineering library and track inventories.

  • Be available for Team Admins for ad-hoc office management tasks (printing, photocopying, etc.)

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Current enrollment in Hungarian College/University, active status for preferably at least 1 year.

  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook.

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills in English and Hungarian.

  • Effective time management and organizational skills.

  • Ability to quickly identify and prioritize issues, create solutions in compliance with rules and regulations and meet deadlines.

  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.

  • Reliability and accuracy.
