We are looking for a Process Analyst to join our Capacity Planning and Build team to support our day-to-day needs with IT implementation and capacity management processes, continuous improvement opportunities, requirements gathering and documentation. The Process Analyst will work across DevOps, operations teams and external partners for public cloud deployment and delivery.
Support Service Build and Delivery (SBD) team by compiling, analyzing, tracking, and reporting infrastructure build process metrics
Provide reporting support for Infrastructure Build and Operations processes and projects
Provide executive level presentations for infrastructure build related projects and topics
Perform activities supporting IT asset tracking, as well as consolidation and reconciliation activities for compliance purposes
Support the establishment investment optimization efforts through resource forecasting and project prioritization data.
Other SBD related Administration Duties
Experience of working in an international, multiple time zone, culturally diverse environment
Technical Writing skills in order to document processes
Strong Skills in Excel
Proficient in producing management level power point presentations
Experience using SharePoint
Experience with process and ITIL methodologies and reporting preferred
Ability to work with various levels of management, technical staff and support staff.
Excellent communication skills-both oral and written.
Ability to think and work independently.
Strong analytical skills and demonstrated problem solving skills.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Financial Management or equivalent work experience preferred
This is a c-user 1 year fixed term contract position.
