The Required Skills, Knowledge & Experience

  • Degree in Economics and/or IT or other relevant academic qualifications

  • 3-5 years professional experience – in a bank, software product company or IT services or consultingorganisation, of which at least 1-2 years should be in a digital banking orfintechrelated role.

  • Able to see the bigger picture and have a long-term vision. Able to anticipatelong termfuture customer needs and changeswithinnovation and creativity

  • Business analysis experience and technical background

  • Wide knowledge offintechsolutions and processes in a banking environment.

  • Good technical awareness, understanding of software technologies and development lifecycle.?

  • Experience in supporting business development opportunities through proposal creation, reviewandpresentation

  • Business fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Eligibility to work in Hungary

  • Good team skills with a minimum of 3 years project team experience and ability to work effectively in a virtual team (spanning India, London & Hungary)

  • Commercially astute with strong customer focus

  • Ability to work effectively in a team or alone in an agile and flexible way
