Senior Project Analyst - Global Finance Service & Systems (GFSS) EMEA

This role fulfils a critical role within the Global Finance Service & Systems (GFSS) organization supporting successful delivery of strategic change, cost reduction, finance end to end process redesign and productivity initiatives through identification and execution of optimized process and technical design solutions across multiple business divisions and functions within the EMEA region.
Reporting to the GFSS function in EMEA as part of a Global model, this key role will investigate and deliver design solutions and execute on a diverse portfolio of programs partnering with multiple functions across EMEA. It requires strong project management, process re design, manufacturing operations, superior continuous improvement skills, ERP systems technical expertise and strong customer focus to deliver effective end to end solutions to our customer based while training and coaching internal staff and customers on the new enhancements.
Co-ordinating, executing, investigating and establishing all process, systems and business requirements for all programs in line with the agreed GFSS program roadmap. Perform end to end process reviews to assess the impact of the process and system changes and provide solution recommendations and requirements ensuring solutions fully meet customer objectives.
Producing all value proposition documentation including current and future state design scenarios, cost benefit & risk analysis and detailed recommendations for all proposed solutions
Identifying, managing and deploying all mutli-functional process and system solutions in line with the agreed roadmap, objectives and timelines delivering the key strategic goals of cost reduction, productivity improvement and centralization of activity.
Building strong working relationships with key stakeholders with a particular focus on Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service and Finance functions across EMEA and global regions.
Project managing all aspects of migration activities and multi ERP systems, utilised by finance operations, into SSC footprint using pro launch tools and methodology.
Identifying and deploying all opportunities for streamlining and enhancement of GFSS processes across the Eaton SSC’s including full process documentation, process flows and development of standard play books.
Re-engineering finance processes in alignment with GFSS standardizations, Ensuring adherence to all internal controls an key governance control requirements.
Ensuring process owners and key stakeholders are fully aligned and approve the transfers and control changes.
Working closely with the finance functions in order to deliver a coordinated and integrated approach to the customer. This requires strong planning, coordination and developing strong relationships.
Identifying new technology requirements & process improvements to enhance value adds activity within end to end process and highlight these opportunities to GFSS global process leads for review.
Managing, co-ordinating and delivering any ERP process documentation and process flows in line with customer requirements and process change.
Maintaining regular contact with the EMEA customer base
Strong ability to engage with operational finance, accounting and transactional finance teams. There will be high levels of travel primarily within the EMEA region.
An ability to manage stakeholder expectations at both operational and corporate levels and work independently is essential.
Extensive Finance process design and re design experience essential with proven track record of productivity and cash savings.
Proven successful delivery of multiple Finance Projects, on time, and on budget essential
Extensive experience in delivering successful process redesign migration and optimization initiatives
Strong focus on standardisation and automation of SSC processes
Proven ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders at multiple levels up to senior level
Experience of centralizing activities into shared service/business centre environment
Process/Continuous Improvement experience essential. Six Sigma green or black belt trained
Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to build and maintain relationships
Fluent English skills required, other European or Asia-Pac languages advantageous
