The Diageo Group Treasury consists of 40 team members, working from London and Budapest. The team works to obtain the required funding for all group entities at the best price throughout the globe.
Member of the Treasury Back Office Team is responsible for timely confirmation and settlements of deals executed, as well as reconciliation of Treasury bank accounts.
The team is also responsible for funding of entity wide mergers and acquisitions and project cash flow execution.
Members ensure KPI reporting measurements for these processes are completed and aligned to the Treasury Performance Promise. Responsible for reconciliation of Treasury bank accounts and daily deal confirmation status updates. Responsible for orderly Treasury Operations documentation and related control compliance. Provide support in deal confirmation.

•Accurate General Ledger reconciliation and General Ledger Ownership Matrix maintenance
•Daily confirmation of deals executed
•Support the line manager in ad hoc issues
•Bank Mandate update /bank documentation related tasks
•Bank statement posting, execution of related tasks
•Carry out timely, accurate and compliant Period Closure in Treasury Entities
•University or college degree in finance/accounting
•Experience in working with integrated software system (SAP knowledge is an advantage)
•Strong stakeholder management skills
•Able to work to tight deadlines
•Good business English, able to communicate with stakeholders
•Working knowledge of Excel, Word, e-mail and intranet
•Self-motivated and well organised approach to work
