Currently Rogers Hungary Kft. is looking for a Teamleader of Forwarding Associates
Who will responsible for coordinating a team of forwarding associates and responsible for proper organization of planned/urgent transports; responsible for on time delivery requirements within ROLINX and CURAMIK operations, supporting team to meet ISO and customers’ quality targets /goals with respect of corporate, local legal (EKAER, customs, airfreight safety / known consignor), safety and environmental regulations. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support the daily operations (outgoing deliveries) to meet key figures like OTDP, process stability, safety, customer satisfaction and delivery costs.
Supervising the daily operation of the team including proper communication with ROGERS customer service departments worldwide and transportation companies
Ensuring proper EKAER administration (checking completeness and quality);
Monitoring the actual deliveries and responsible for right priority settings
Ensuring customs related procedures and supervise that the work instructions are followed.
Following up on unsolved transport tasks;
Handling first level escalations in transportation issues
Creating proposals for improving processes and OTDP in close cooperation with the Production Planning and IT (regarding SAP and People Soft topics).
In close cooperation with the local Warehouse Manager investigate and execute/coordinate the implementation of the appropriate corrective actions related to external complaints and internal deviations.
Initiate and drive the necessary preventative actions to ensure non-reoccurrence of the similar complaints.
Analyzing database to find optimization potentials in close co-operation with the warehouse team coordinators, production planning, customer service
University or college degree with preferably 5 years of experience in a transport organization
Fluent English language skills; knowledge of German is an advantage
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization
Good safety attitude
